Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Because Bridestrades is a resale, peer-to-peer marketplace, all sales are final. Once a dress has been purchased we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds.

Exceptions: Item Not as Described
If you receive a dress that is significantly different from its listing (for example: wrong size, major undisclosed damage, incorrect item), you may be eligible for a refund or resolution. To qualify:

• You must contact us at info@bridestrades.com within 48 hours of delivery.  
• Include clear photos of the item and a description of the issue.
• Our team will review and determine the best resolution (refund, partial refund, or credit).

Condition & Fit
Please note that fit, minor color variations, or change of mind are not grounds for refunds. Bridestrades is not responsible for alterations, size differences across designers, or personal preference.
