Shipping Policy

For Sales

  • Sellers are responsible for shipping dresses directly to buyers once an order is placed.
  • All dresses must be shipped with tracking and within 5 business days of the order.
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the listing.
  • Bridestrades is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by buyers.

Delivery Issues

  • If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping, the buyer or seller should first contact the shipping carrier.
  • Bridestrades may assist in disputes if a dress was never shipped or if no tracking was provided, but cannot guarantee refunds for carrier-related issues.

International Orders

  • At this time, Bridestrades only supports orders and swaps within the United States. International shipping is not available.
